Anna Davis | Hi I’m a practice nurse I work at a general practice surgery and get involved in lots of things from giving vaccinations, doing smears, wound care, giving injections, blood pressures. Talking to people about how they would like to be healthier and sign posting them to services. Helping people with long term conditions such as asthma. How they can manage is day to day and what to do if they are struggling, or diabetes or cardiovascular problems such as high blood pressure. I am doing a prescribing course so I can order medications and I can assess people physically and mentally.
